2011/2012 Travel Player Fees

All fees are assessed on an anual basis. A one year commitment is required of all accepted players.  A $300 deposit is required at the time of acceptance and is non-refundable.

By accepting my position on a Chesterfield United travel team I agree to be committed to Chesterfield United for the 2011-2012 travel soccer year. I understand this is a full year commitment to the team.

I understand that my child has committed to play for a Chesterfield United Travel Team for the 2011-2012 travel year. I agree to meet my child's financial obligations/responsibilities to play on that team. I agree to make all payments according to the payment option selected. I understand that my child may not be eligible to participate in team training, league games and tournament games if payments are not received on time. Exceptional circumstances can be discussed with the Technical Director.

Payments not received on time could result in the pulling of the player’s pass, making the player ineligible to participate in team activities including training and league/ tournament games.

Additional Costs:

Uniforms: All NEW players will be required to purchase a uniform for $150--this will include 2 jerseys, 2 pairs of shorts, 2 pairs of socks, a training jersey and a draw-string bag. GOALIES have the option to recieve a Puma goalie jersey instead of the training jersey.  All uniforms will now be ordered through their teams’ manager.  Managers will be given instructions after tryouts as to how to place orders.

Photo ID Fee: This $5 fee to cover the cost of producing the photo ID cards required for participation in travel soccer. All players will have their photo taken at registration night, by the official club photographer.

The Chesterfield United Staff and Board of Directors structure their fees to make sure a quality product at an affordable price for the members of the surrounding communities is produced.

  • Continued Coaching Education (We continually provide resources to our Coaches to improve or enhance their coaching education thereby improving our programs for our children.)

  • Director of Coaching Pool Training
  • Goalkeeper Academy
  • Summer Fitness
  • Winter Training
  • Winter Futsal Training
  • College Guidance Program
  • Tournament, State Cup and Showcase events  
  • League and governing organizational fees (ADSL, VSLi, VYSA, US Club Soccer)
  • Background checks on all coaches and volunteers through the Virginia Youth Soccer Association and US Club Soccer
  • Insurance Fees
  • On-line registration
  • Referee fees
  • Office operations
  • United Training Center set up and maintenance fees
  • Scholarship Fund (This fund is specifically setup each year as a resource pool to help our less fortunate children whom want the opportunity to play and grow)
  • Capital Improvement Fund
  • Community based projects (UT2 in the community)

  • Indoor  and Futsal Tournaments/indoor and futsal Leagues
